Department of Economics

The main areas of research concern:

• Mathematical methods: mathematical finance and econometrics, game theory;

• Public economics: voting analysis, normative economics, economic philosophy, environment and development economics, social and environmental responsibility;

• Companies and markets: industrial economics, crisis prevention and management, theory of organisations, intellectual property protection and incentives for innovation.

The researchers in the Department and Laboratory take part in a large number of teaching and research projects in collaboration with well known French and foreign universities.
